How to become a Virginia real estate agent - Requirements to get your real estate license in Virginia
Starting a career in real estate is exciting. Northern Virginia real estate school can be completed in as little as 2 weeks to a few months, depending on how busy you are.   After you pass the course test, you take the state exam. Then you get your real estate license. Here are the requirements how to get a Virginia real estate agent license: 1) Real estate school - class room (60 hours) or online. 2) State exam  3) Get your real estate license. If you take the course in Northern Virginia. you may take the final exam in our Reston office, with a free personal review by the instructor.
If you take the course outside the area or out of state, you may arrange to take your exam at a location near your home or work.
