The course is fully approved by the Virginia Real Estate Board to qualify you to take the state real estate exam. This is an alternative to taking the "live" class

The Career WebSchool is approved by the state of Virginia Real Estate Commission to fulfill the pre-licensing requirements to get a Virginia real estate license, namely the 60 hour "Principles of Real Estate" course.  After completing the class, you will be qualified to take the state exam (the "PSI exam").
