Saving a Search and Getting automated emails of new listings that match your criteria
If you want to save favorite listings or save a search,  or receive automated emails of new properties on the market that match your criteria. In order to customize our site, you need to sign up. That way, you get a password so you can log in to see your saved searches or favorites. And your email allows our system to send the automated emails, if you want any. This is all free, no obligation. (We do hope you get in touch when you want us to visit any homes for sale.)

How to add a home to your Favorites List
What? While searching, you can add any home or property to your personal Favorites List to find it again quickly later.
How? After you're signed up, first log in with your email and password. When you find a home you like, click "Add to My Favorites". This link is on the search results page right under the short descriptions. Then you can go back and see the favorites anytime. 

How to save a property search.
What? You can save a search so you can come back later to search again without having to enter the criteria again.
How?  After you're signed up, first log in with your email and password. After you enter the search criteria, click the SAVE SEARCH button. Then you can save it with any name you like. For example,  you can save waterfront homes in Reston (Fairfax County, VA). Or save a search for Alexandria city homes in a certain price range. You can save the searches with any name you like. You can save up to 5 different searches. This is a great time saver!

How to get automated emails with new listings.
What?  You may register to receive automated emails when new home listings matching your criteria come on the market.  For example, you want to see new listings in a certain price range in the city of Alexandria Virginia. Our system will email you when they come on the market. It automatically checks the MLS every day for you! And it emails you a link directly to the page with all the details on the listing.
How? After you save a search, click the link that says "Saved Searches". Then click the "Email Notification" circle for any search. Log in anytime to update (or delete) your email notifications.
